This package may be reserved for installation on concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or a combination of grass and hard surfaces. After the reservation is submitted, Cheers & Chairs will review the installation surface, site layout, access, exposure, and anchoring requirements.

Additional charges apply. Required weights, additional handling, and related installation services are not included in the package price. Applicable charges will be added after the site requirements are determined.

Customers may be asked to provide measurements, photographs, videos, or access for a site inspection. If the location cannot safely accommodate the tent and required anchoring system, Cheers & Chairs may decline or cancel the installation.

Capacity and Layout

This package includes seating for up to 16 guests, using two banquet tables with eight chairs at each table. The tables may be arranged as a continuous dining row depending on the available space and required aisles.

The final arrangement depends on the installation area and safe clearance around the tent. Adding serving tables, coolers, concessions, games, sidewalls, or other equipment beneath the tent will reduce the available seating and circulation space.

Delivery is charged separately. Installation on concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or another surface that cannot be staked requires approved weights or ballast at an additional charge. Adding sidewalls may affect the required anchoring or ballast configuration.

The listed 10′ × 20′ tent dimensions describe the covered area only. Additional level, accessible space is required around the tent for staking, anchoring, and safe installation.

The installation area must be free of overhead obstructions. Public underground utilities must be marked before installation, and the customer is responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, invisible fencing, and other privately installed underground features.

Tent capacity and use may be adjusted when the event layout, site conditions, or safety requirements make the standard arrangement unsuitable. Tents are not permanent structures or guaranteed shelters during severe weather. Grills, cooking equipment, open flames, and unapproved heaters may not be used beneath or immediately beside the tent.
