The listed rental price applies to installations where the tents can be safely secured with stakes in an approved grass surface. Installations on concrete, asphalt, pavement, pavers, decks, or other non-stakeable surfaces require an approved ballast system, such as water barrels or concrete weights. Ballast equipment and the additional labor required are available for an added fee.

A rain gutter is installed between the tents to help direct water away from the connection; however, no tent installation can guarantee a completely watertight environment during severe or wind-driven rain. Seating capacities are estimates and may decrease when adding buffet tables, bars, dance floors, staging, décor, entertainment equipment, or additional walkways. The installation site must be accessible, level, and approved before setup. Underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other concealed hazards must be identified before staking. Additional charges may apply for non-stakeable surfaces, difficult access, special installation requirements, or equipment not specifically included in your reservation.
