Hard-Surface Installations

This package may be reserved for installation on concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or a combination of grass and hard surfaces. After the reservation is submitted, Cheers & Chairs will review the installation surface, site layout, access, exposure, and anchoring requirements.

Additional charges apply only when hard-surface ballast or other special anchoring arrangements are required. Required ballast, additional handling, and related installation services are not included in the package price. Applicable charges will be added after the site requirements are determined.

Customers may be asked to provide measurements, photographs, videos, or access for a site inspection. If the location cannot safely accommodate the tents and required anchoring system, Cheers & Chairs may decline or cancel the installation.

Our Grand Wedding Reception Package creates an elegant and coordinated covered space for larger outdoor wedding receptions. Two matching 20′ × 20′ high-peak frame tents are professionally joined with a fitted rain gutter to create one 20′ × 40′ event area.

Round tables, white linens, and padded garden chairs provide a polished foundation that customers can personalize with lighting, centerpieces, floral arrangements, sweetheart-table décor, and other enhancements.

Guest Count and Layout

This package includes a dining layout for up to 64 seated guests, using eight round tables with eight chairs at each table.

This capacity assumes that most of the covered area is used for guest dining. Placing a sweetheart table, buffet, portable bar, DJ, dance floor, gift table, cake table, or décor display beneath the tents will reduce the available seating and circulation space.

Customers who want seating for 64 guests together with additional reception features under cover may need additional tented space or an adjusted seating plan.

Because this configuration uses two connected tents, the center connection, adjoining legs, and rain gutter must also be considered when determining the final layout.

Suggested additions are not included in the package price and must be reserved separately. Setup and breakdown of additional equipment are not included unless specifically stated or purchased.

Wedding-exclusive floral décor requires professional installation and may only be reserved with a qualifying Cheers & Chairs wedding package.

Professional tent installation and breakdown are included. Table-and-chair setup and breakdown are available for an additional charge and must be selected in advance.

Floral arrangements, centerpieces, lighting, sidewalls, sweetheart-table décor, table settings, dinnerware, flooring, and other decorative items shown in styled photographs are not included unless specifically listed on the confirmed order.

Delivery is charged separately. Hard-surface ballast and related installation services are charged only when required by the installation surface and approved anchoring plan. Adding sidewalls may affect the required anchoring or ballast configuration.

The listed 20′ × 40′ dimensions describe the covered area only. Additional level, accessible space is required around the tents for staking, anchoring, and safe installation.

The installation area must be free of overhead obstructions. Public underground utilities must be marked before installation, and the customer is responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, invisible fencing, and other privately installed underground features.

The final layout may be modified when the available space, installation surface, venue requirements, site access, or safety conditions do not support the requested arrangement. Tents are not permanent structures or guaranteed shelters during severe weather. Grills, cooking equipment, open flames, and unapproved heaters may not be used beneath or immediately beside the tents.
