Our Grand Wedding Reception Package creates an elegant and coordinated covered space for larger outdoor wedding receptions. Two 20' × 20' high-peak frame tents are professionally joined to create one 20' × 40' event space, complete with round tables, padded seating, and your choice of classic white table linens.

This package can accommodate up to 64 seated guests in a dining-focused layout. The final capacity may be lower when placing a sweetheart table, buffet, bar, dance floor, DJ, gift table, or other event features beneath the tents.

Please Note: This package can accommodate up to 64 seated guests in a dining-focused configuration. Adding a sweetheart table, buffet, bar, dance floor, DJ, décor displays, or other features beneath the tents may reduce the available seating capacity. Please contact us before booking so we can help determine an appropriate layout.

Delivery fees are calculated separately according to the event location. Table and chair setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee and must be selected in advance. Standard tent installation includes staking on suitable grass. Installations on concrete, asphalt, or other surfaces where staking is unavailable require an approved ballast system for an additional charge. Floral arrangements, lighting, sidewalls, centerpieces, and other décor shown in styled photographs are not included unless specifically listed above.
