Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide:

Any required passwords, subscriptions, adapters, or login credentials
Reliable internet access when streaming
Access to an approved electrical power source
A clear and level installation area

Viewing Conditions

Outdoor projection works best after sunset or in a sufficiently dark location. Daylight, streetlights, landscape lighting, and other ambient light can reduce image visibility.

Screen placement depends on:

Available installation space
Wind exposure
Electrical access
Audience viewing direction
Nearby lighting
Ground and site conditions

The screen may not be installed or remain in operation when wind, rain, standing water, or other conditions make continued use unsafe.
