Professional Setup & Breakdown Service

Enjoy a hassle-free event with our professional setup and breakdown service. Our team will arrange your rental items before the event and break them down afterward.

Service Rates

• Chairs: $1 each
• Tables: $3 each
• Tablecloths: $5 each
• Table runners: $3 each
• Chair covers: $2.50 each
• Chair sashes: $1.50 each
• Chair covers with sashes: $3.50 each
• Table skirts: starting at $12 each
• Simple centerpieces or tabletop décor: starting at $5 each
• Specialty or unlisted items: priced according to labor

A $50 minimum applies. Each item handled is charged separately; for example, the $3 table rate does not include installing or removing linens or décor. Rental, delivery, pickup, cleaning, damage protection, and taxes are separate.

Service must be requested and approved in advance and is limited to the items and quantities listed on the final order. The setup area must be clear and accessible, and placement instructions may be required. One initial arrangement is included; delays, rearrangements, last-minute changes, complex installations, or additional labor may incur extra charges.

Customer-provided items must be approved, clean, assembled, labeled, and ready for installation. Specialty Wedding Package décor will not be charged twice when professional setup is already included.
