Hard-Surface Installations

This package may be reserved for installation on concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or another surface where standard staking cannot be used. After the reservation is submitted, Cheers & Chairs will review the installation surface, available booth space, venue rules, access, exposure, and anchoring requirements.

Additional charges apply only when hard-surface weights or other special anchoring arrangements are required. Required weights, additional handling, and related installation services are not included in the package price. Applicable charges will be added after the installation requirements are determined.

Customers may be asked to provide the event organizer’s vendor rules, booth dimensions, measurements, photographs, or other site information. If the assigned booth space cannot safely accommodate the tent and required anchoring system, Cheers & Chairs may decline or cancel the installation.

Capacity and Layout

This package is designed for approximately two vendors, exhibitors, representatives, or staff members.

The seminar table provides display space for merchandise, artwork, literature, registration materials, demonstrations, or product information. Additional tables, chairs, displays, inventory, sidewalls, or equipment will reduce the available working and circulation space.

Although the tent measures 10′ × 10′, additional space may be required for staking or anchoring. Customers must confirm the assigned booth dimensions and the event organizer’s rules before the installation date.

Delivery is charged separately. Hard-surface weights and related installation services are charged only when required by the installation surface, venue rules, and approved anchoring plan. Adding sidewalls may affect the required anchoring or weight configuration.

The customer is responsible for confirming the event organizer’s booth dimensions, setup and removal schedule, access instructions, tent restrictions, anchoring rules, and any documentation requirements before the event.

The listed 10′ × 10′ dimensions describe the covered area only. Additional level, accessible space may be required for staking, anchoring, and safe installation.

The installation area must be free of overhead obstructions. Public underground utilities must be marked before installation when staking is required, and the customer is responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, invisible fencing, and other privately installed underground features.

Tents are not permanent structures or guaranteed shelters during severe weather. Grills, cooking equipment, open flames, and unapproved heaters may not be used beneath or immediately beside the tent.
