Hard-Surface Installations

This package may be reserved for installation on concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or a combination of grass and hard surfaces. After the reservation is submitted, Cheers & Chairs will review the installation surface, site layout, access, exposure, and anchoring requirements.

Additional charges apply only when hard-surface ballast or other special anchoring arrangements are required. Required ballast, additional handling, and related installation services are not included in the package price. Applicable charges will be added after the site requirements are determined.

Customers may be asked to provide measurements, photographs, videos, or access for a site inspection. If the location cannot safely accommodate the tent and required anchoring system, Cheers & Chairs may decline or cancel the installation.

Guest Count and Layout

This package includes a dining layout for 32 seated guests, using four round tables with eight chairs at each table.

This guest count assumes the covered area is used primarily for dining. Placing a buffet, sweetheart table, portable bar, DJ, gift table, cake table, dance area, or décor display beneath the same tent will reduce the available seating and circulation space.

Customers who want seating for 32 guests together with additional reception features under cover may need to reserve additional tented space.

Floral arrangements, centerpieces, lighting, sidewalls, draping, table settings, dinnerware, and other decorative items shown in styled photographs are not included unless specifically listed on the confirmed order.

Delivery is charged separately. Hard-surface ballast and related installation services are charged only when required by the installation surface and approved anchoring plan. Adding sidewalls may affect the required anchoring or ballast configuration.

The listed 20′ × 20′ tent dimensions describe the covered area only. Additional level, accessible space is required around the tent for staking, anchoring, and safe installation.

The installation area must be free of overhead obstructions. Public underground utilities must be marked before installation, and the customer is responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, invisible fencing, and other privately installed underground features.

The final layout may be modified when the available space, installation surface, venue requirements, site access, or safety conditions do not support the standard arrangement. Tents are not permanent structures or guaranteed shelters during severe weather. Grills, cooking equipment, open flames, and unapproved heaters may not be used beneath or immediately beside the tent.
